NHS Redress Measure 2008 receives final Privy Council approval

The NHS Redress Measure was approved at a meeting of the Privy Council  on Wednesday 9th July .  The  first new Assembly  'law'   should  appear on the websites of the Office of Public Sector Information  and  the UK Statute Law Database  shortly .
