Finance Committee calls on Welsh Assembly Government to develop partnerships with the private sector and strengthen public sector skills.

The NAW Finance Committee in a recent report has concluded that Wales is facing a major challenge in meeting its future needs for capital investment.

The Committee recommends:

- the development of partnerships with the private sector

- the strengthening of Welsh Assembly Government's skills in establishing and operating these partnerships.
