Assembly Finance Committee recommends a fresh look at public-private partnerships

The National Assembly's Finance Committee has been conducting an inquiry into the use of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in Wales and published their report on 25th September 2008. Simon McCann of Morgan Cole's Commercial Department was appointed as a special adviser to assist the Committee in the inquiry, along with Gronw Percy of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
